Renowned throughout the construction industry for his commitment to quality, Bill plays an active role in Archstone’s design philosophy and has, from the outset, used his skills and experience to pioneer the development of outstanding homes for the ‘leisure years’ generation.

Martin Young, one of the founders of Archstone Lifestyle Homes is a qualified architect, who ran his own successful architectural practice for some years, receiving accolades for his work, both nationally and internationally. Having worked with Bill Stone at McCarthy & Stone, he brought his own brand of flair and experience in the luxury and retirement sectors to Archstone Lifestyle Homes.
Tim McEvoy
Sales & Marketing Director
Tim McEvoy, appointed to the Archstone Board in 2007, contributes experience gained from being employed in key roles within some of the UK’s major house building companies over a period of 25 years. Tim’s knowledge of both volume and niche developments is invaluable to the team at Archstone Lifestyle Homes.
Greg Cezair
Managing Director
Greg Cezair newly appointed to the Archstone board in 2010, brings experience in land, planning and finance gained in a variety of roles both with major national developers and specialist niche developers. With over 20 years industry involvement, Greg is tasked with expanding both the Lifestyle and Care Home elements of the business.
