To meet the demand for Archstone’s award-winning properties, we are now looking for residential development sites in southern England, with or without planning permission. We consider sites which are further afield if they are in a particularly unusual and/or attractive setting.
We pay generous commissions to individuals or agencies introducing suitable sites which we subsequently purchase. All new opportunities and original introductions are dealt with swiftly and in a confidential and professional manner.
Sites should be between 0.4 and 2.0 acres, in a good residential location close to general and leisure amenities and public transport routes. They need to offer the potential to create two/three storey properties.
