Your Estate Manager will be on hand to offer a friendly smile, advice and support, to keep a watchful eye on the properties and to ‘look out’ for those who live there.
Estate Managers are essential members of our extended team. They are resourceful, helpful individuals who spend several days a week on the development, ensuring that communal areas are maintained to the very highest standards. The Estate Managers will liaise with the central Archstone team but usually work on site, organising the gardening, carrying out basic repairs within the communal areas and ensure that the development, including the bin store, is clean and tidy.
