Customer care and 24-hour emergency care

On completion of your new home, our dedicated Customer Liaison Manager takes responsibility for the successful handover of your new home.

Once you have settled in, the Estate Manager and the Archstone Customer Care team looks after the day-to-day maintenance of the communal areas on each development.

In addition to the NHBC warranty and the 2 year Archstone warranty, Archstone provide a complimentary 24 hour emergency service - details of which you will receive in your comprehensive handover guide, so in the unlikely event of an emergency, you will have a contact outside office hours.
