We created Archstone over 10 years ago because we recognised that a whole generation of homeowners needed more creative solutions to meet their needs and changing lifestyles as they moved into their 'leisure years'.

We both firmly believe that years spent in retirement are an opportunity for a new and better way of life. Finally we should be able to enjoy our families, friends and leisure interests with. A new home can be an important part of that new life.

We plan our courtyard style developments so they sit sensitively within their surroundings. We design our cottages and apartments so they have a genuine appeal, both inside and out. We use high quality materials and skilled contractors to ensure the build quality meets the highest standards. We create homes that are very energy efficient and with low running costs and minimum maintenance.

service: we treat our customers as we would like to be treated ourselves. We have a dedicated team of people who are here to help throughout every stage of the sales process, from first phone call to handing over the keys on the day you move in. But more than that we play an active part in the day to day management and maintenance of each of our developments to ensure customers have less responsibility and more peace of mind.
